Terms and Conditions for Migration to the New CloudRaya Panel
By participating in the migration program to the new CloudRaya panel, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the following terms and conditions.
1. General Migration Terms
Migration to the new CloudRaya panel is optional and may involve changes to features, systems, and resource management. CloudRaya reserves the right to make system adjustments to improve security, performance, and overall user experience.
2. Authentication & Account Access
The new CloudRaya panel uses a different authentication system from the previous panel. Therefore, users are required to reset their password independently through the new CloudRaya panel.
3. Virtual Machine (VM)
The Custom Package feature for Virtual Machines has been discontinued. Users with Custom Packages will be automatically upgraded to the nearest standard package with equivalent or higher specifications.
4. Object Storage (StorageRaya)
The File Explorer feature is no longer available in the panel. Access Keys and Secret Keys are displayed only once at the time of creation and must be securely stored by the user.
5. CloudRaya Container Registry
Registry passwords are created by users and cannot be displayed again. Users may create more than one registry based on their needs.
6. Marketplace
Active Acronis and Zimbra packages will be migrated to the new panel on March 1, 2026.
7. Invoices & Payments
Payment history from the previous panel will not be displayed in the new panel. Users may request data downloads if needed by contacting support at support@wowrack.co.id.
8. Closing
By continuing with the migration process, users acknowledge and agree to all applicable terms and conditions.
