1. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from April 1, 2026 until May 14, 2026.
CloudRaya reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Participant Eligibility
This promotion is only valid for users who meet the following criteria:
- A new CloudRaya user who registered on or after April 1, 2026.
- Made their first top-up of 500,000 within the period of April 1 to May 14, 2025.
- Have an active CloudRaya account and have completed the registration process.
- Have completed their account profile in accordance with CloudRaya requirements.
CloudRaya reserves the right to verify the validity of user accounts before granting any promotional benefits.
3. Promotion Terms
- Eligible users can receive a cashback of 250,000.
- Cashback will be granted after the user completes their first top-up on their CloudRaya account.
- The cashback will be credited in the form of CloudRaya Coins to the same user account.
- Each account can participate in this promotion only once.
- This promotion is valid for new accounts only and applies to top-ups made on the same account. It is non-transferable and cannot be used on other accounts.
4. Cashback Distribution
Cashback will be credited to the user's account within a maximum of 1 (one) business day after the first top-up transaction has been successfully processed.
The cashback will be provided in the form of CloudRaya Coins, which can be used in accordance with the applicable CloudRaya Coin usage policies on the CloudRaya platform.
5. Promotion Quota
This promotion has a limited quota.
The promotion is valid during the stated promotion period and/or while the promotional quota is still available.
CloudRaya reserves the right to end the promotion earlier if the promotional quota has been fully claimed.
6. Verification and Disqualification
CloudRaya reserves the right to review and verify user accounts or transactions participating in this promotion.
CloudRaya may reject or cancel cashback rewards if there are indications of:
- Promotion abuse
- Activities that violate CloudRaya policies
- Activities that violate the promotion terms and conditions
- Other suspicious activities
7. Changes to Terms
CloudRaya reserves the right to modify these promotion terms and conditions at any time in accordance with CloudRaya policies.
