No major functional changes will occur. Your Virtual Machine will continue to operate as usual in the new CloudRaya panel.

No. Kubernetes remains available with no significant functional differences compared to the previous CloudRaya panel.

In the previous panel, the Container Registry password was generated automatically, and there was only one default registry for all repositories.

In the new CloudRaya panel, users can set their own Container Registry password and create multiple registries, allowing more flexible separation and organization between projects.

In the previous panel, “Project” only existed as a “Project tag”. In the new panel, Projects become a core feature that provides logical grouping for resources, making it easier to organize and manage related resources.

The new CloudRaya panel also introduces Project Teams, a new feature that allows multiple users to securely manage resources together.

Previously, having multiple admins required users to share account credentials (email and password). In the new panel, Project Teams allow you to add team members without sharing login credentials.

No. All invoices and payment history from the previous CloudRaya panel will not be migrated to the new CloudRaya panel. However, you can still access your previous invoices and payment history by submitting a request to support@wowrack.co.id.

No. VM Storage features and behavior remain the same as in the previous CloudRaya panel.

Yes. In the new CloudRaya panel, the File Explorer for Object Storage has been discontinued. Object Storage can still be used as usual, but the File Explorer interface is no longer available.

In the previous panel, the Marketplace mainly served as a management menu for third-party applications such as Acronis and Zimbra.

In the new CloudRaya panel, the Marketplace has been expanded to offer Platform as a Service (PaaS) with 1-click application deployment, making it easier to launch and manage applications.

In the previous panel, voucher redemption was added directly to your CloudRaya balance and treated as credit (real monetary value) that could be used for all CloudRaya services.

In the new panel, voucher redemption will be converted into CloudRaya Coins, which are treated as points. These CloudRaya Coins can be used to redeem most resources, except for SSL, cPanel licenses, Managed Services, and all applications in the Marketplace.
